1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Taskkd (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Taskkd for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
  • Use the Service for purposes of gaining unauthorized access to computer systems
  • Spam, harassment, or send unsolicited communications through the Service

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Taskkd are provided on an 'as is' basis. Taskkd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Taskkd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Taskkd, even if Taskkd or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Payment Terms

If you use paid features of Taskkd, you agree to pay all charges and applicable taxes. Taskkd reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to their terms of service.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at the sole discretion of Taskkd. For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time, and your access will terminate at the end of your billing cycle.

8. Termination

Taskkd may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on any intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
  • Send spam, phishing, or malware
  • Attempt to access the Service without authorization
  • Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another party
  • Bypass security measures or rate limits
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, QuickBooks Online, and Azure. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Taskkd is not responsible for the conduct, practices, or policies of these third parties.

11. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number to Taskkd, you consent to receive SMS messages from the Service. Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS message to opt out of all SMS communications. We will honor your opt-out request immediately.

12. Modifications to Service

Taskkd reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the Service.

13. Modifications to Terms

Taskkd may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Taskkd regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
